Context
A physical menswear brand needed a real online presence.
Rich House sells suits, wedding wear, kidswear and accessories from two branches in Greater Cairo. Fit and availability questions are part of buying tailoring, so the online store had to show the full range clearly and still lead into a personal conversation on WhatsApp.
The starting point was Marketify, a generic multi-vendor marketplace. Before it could carry a premium brand, it had to become one store: vendor concepts removed, and a new storefront, catalogue and hosting setup put in place.
What I worked on
- Frontend and backend functionality for the shopping experience.
- An admin dashboard for managing products and categories.
- Domain purchase and setup, and deployment of the live site.
The API started as a marketplace codebase begun by a collaborating developer, and was then adapted for Rich House.
Engineering
What makes it work.
A catalogue people can actually search
Category pages, search, sorting, and filters for size, price, stock and offers, so a customer can narrow 65 products down quickly.
Checkout that fits how the shop sells
The cart turns into a structured WhatsApp message with each item's size, quantity and price, so staff get a complete order inquiry and can continue the conversation.
A dashboard for the people running it
Routes behind authentication let staff add and edit products and categories without touching code.
A separated, deployable architecture
The Angular frontend and .NET API deploy independently, with API URLs and secrets moved out of the code into environment configuration.

Designed for the phone in your hand
The layout adapts to small screens, with a dedicated mobile menu, full-width actions and a WhatsApp button always within reach.
